Returns & Exchanges
These policies cover online sales only. Items purchased from lavenderboutique.com must be returned to the online store only. Returns will only be given in the form of store credit at the Cumming location.
Thank you for shopping at lavenderboutique.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your payment.
In order for items to be eligible for returns/exchanges, the item must be:
Not altered in any way
ALL tags must be intact
Lavenderboutique.com has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet these requirements. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items, accessories, scarves, lingerie, or jewelry as these items are FINAL SALE.
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.
Orders that originally received free shipping that are returned in full for refund will be charged the shipping fee upon return. Shipping fees will be $8 for one item and $4 for each additional item.
Please follow the following return instructions:
• Contact us via email at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 10 days of receipt of your package. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email. Return Authorization numbers will not be issued over the phone.
• We will process your request and issue a RA#.
• This number must be posted on the outside of the returned package. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without a valid RA#. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the RA#.
• Please send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with the original invoice in the original packaging to:

• Once returned items are received by our returns department your credit card will be refunded- less any shipping charges. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. In addition some credit card companies may take up to 3 business days to post the credit to your account. Once your return has been received and we have refunded your form of payment you will receive an email notification.
Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or color please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. We will issue you a RA# for the item that you would like to return. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it.
Exchange items will be shipped free of charge (within the U.S. excluding Hawaii and Alaska) the first time, after that a shipping charge of $8 for one item and $4 for each additional item will be applied.
Shipping & Handling
Free Shipping Over $100 is valid only within the Continental United States.
Free Shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
We use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. All orders placed with UPS Ground Shipping will take 1-5 business days to arrive. During the checkout process you will have the option to choose other shipping options including 3-day shipping. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Please note that some orders may be shipped using USPS instead, depending on delivery address.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM EST or Saturday - Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days pending availability, credit authorization, and address verification.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number.
Order or Credit Card Issues
If there is a problem with your order we will email you for further information or verification. If you do not respond within 24 hours of that email, we cannot hold that product for you.

Out of Stock Items
We do our very best to ensure that all items are in stock. However sometimes we experience a greater then expected demand for an item. In the event that you have ordered something that is out of stock we are truly sorry and you will be notified immediately via email and your credit card will not be charged. Lavenderboutique.com receives new merchandise weekly so make sure you shop often so that you don’t miss anything you just cannot live without!
If you decide to refuse any shipments from lavenderboutique.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to lavenderboutique.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Sales Tax will be added for all orders shipped within Georgia (7.0%)

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
